The Service allows users to upload receipts, track expenses and income, and view summarized spending information.

To use Kipkip, users must create an account using Google authentication.

By creating an account, you agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Kipkip is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Kipkip, you agree that you will not:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Upload receipts or data that do not belong to you or that you do not have permission to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the application.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Receipt Uploads and Data

Users may upload receipt images and financial data for the purpose of tracking spending and generating insights.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. However, by uploading content to Kipkip, you grant Kipkip permission to process the data in order to provide the Service features.

6. Subscription and Payments

Kipkip may offer paid subscription plans including monthly and yearly plans.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Kipkip does not store credit card information.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Subscription access may be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled according to the subscription features available within the Service.

7. Financial Insight Disclaimer

Kipkip provides financial insights and spending summaries based on user-submitted data.

The information provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, accounting, or investment advice.

Users should make financial decisions based on their own judgment or consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Kipkip platform, including its design, software, branding, and content (excluding user-uploaded data), are owned by Kipkip.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

9. Account Termination

Kipkip reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• The platform is misused
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected

Users may also delete their account at any time through the application.

While we aim to keep Kipkip available and functioning reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
